1. Returns
- Time Limit: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable: Some items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or digital/downloadable content (if applicable).
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thejoestores.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, color, or variant, please contact us at hello@thejoestores.com. We recommend requesting an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
- We recommend insured and trackable shipping, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items otherwise.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at hello@thejoestores.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
